Allen County, Ohio - Farmers across Ohio are preparing to see their property tax bills soar next year, thanks to a 40-year-old law intended to make farming financially feasible. The Current Agricultural Use Value (CAUV) tax credit program, uses a three year average to determine property tax bills.
